Lost package, but they sorted it fast
I ordered the starter kit, but after two weeks, nothing arrived. I checked the tracking, and it stopped updating after leaving the warehouse. I called Waxx using the number on their website, but support was only in English, which I don't speak well, so they suggested I email instead. I explained the situation by email and sincerely didn't expect much. But they replied the same day, asked me to confirm my address, and sent a replacement right away. The new package arrived within four days. I appreciated that they didn't make me wait or go through a complicated process. The kit itself is great, much less painful than what I used before, and the after wax oil is something I now use even when I'm not waxing. I would order again without hesitation.

I have sensitive skin
I have sensitive skin and usually get redness for days after waxing. With this one I had a little redness for maybe one hour and then nothing. Very impressed, I already recommend it to my bestie.

Great product, shipping could be faster
The smell of the Rose wax is really nice, not like the typical chemical wax smell at all. My skin felt soft right after, no bumps the next day. Shipping was a bit slow to Portugal (my order took 4 days to come) but the product itself is worth it.

Pot chauffe cire de très mauvaise…
Pot chauffe cire de très mauvaise qualité, la prise de terre sets cassé très rapidement après peu d'utilisation et lorsqu'il en ont renvoyé un autre, le pot de marchais même pas. Service client 👎🏼 il me demande de repayer les frais de port pour vérifier l'état de l'appareil après avoir perdu un temps fou a leur envoyer des e-mails et et des preuves. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Way easier than I expected
I was a little nervous about doing intimate areas at home, but the instructions explain everything really well. The wax stays flexible long enough to apply properly. No irritation after, which was my biggest concern.
