I’ve had a very positive experience working with Kamil at Webinterpret. He has been extremely helpful, responsive and genuinely interested in helping improve our accounts rather than simply providing a basic service. Kamil has supported us with SEO optimisation across both of our stores, helped us review our subscription setup, and worked with his colleagues to combine the accounts in a more cost-effective way. What I appreciate most is his willingness to look into issues properly, explain things clearly and find practical solutions. He is friendly, professional and always happy to help. I’m very pleased with the support I’ve received from Kamil and would definitely recommend both him and Webinterpret to other sellers looking to expand and optimise their international marketplace presence.

AVOID at all costs
AVOID at all costs, takes about 10 seconds to sign up and straight away all of your eBay listings have been mangled, 1000 SKUs changed that I used to track stock locations, postage options changed, free combined shipping removed, international postage cost to buyers doubled, then when you close your account nothing reverts back to normal, A MASSIVE HEADACHE for 0 extra sales, in fact, I've now had a weekend of low sales due to every listing needing to be manually re-worked back to it's original state, worst decision I ever made was clicking that sign up button to Webinterpret, customer service is slow and a joke as well.

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT HEADACHE!!!!!
They translate listing incorrectly added many false information that was not present in original listing, reported them many times, no resolution, they just need mo sales to get more fees from you,so they translate these listing very inaccurately and you will be in trouble with eBay due to many returns for not accurate listings
