Quite simply the worst pharmacy I have ever had misfortune to use. No matter how long I leave it between my surgery sending the prescription to them it’s is NEVER ready when I go to collect it. Latest pathetic example being this week. Surgery sent it Monday morning. I call in Friday afternoon only to be told I’d have to wait 30 minutes for it to be prepared. Ridiculous. Now moving to an online pharmacy. Avoid avoid.

Wheldrakes Scawthorpe Doncaster . Rubbish , perscription rarely ready on time even after the 7 days they require before collection! . Allsorts of excuses, Pharmacist not checked it yet , Pharmacist on 'emergency break' ! , can you come back in an hour , went back still not ready . Have moved to another Chemist . Ps , They are now trying to contact me , and if I dont reply the review is removed !!! This is how you get good reviews , because you remove all the bad ones .

Great customer service!
I have used Weldricks numerous times for my dog’s prescriptions and have always been happy with the service. I placed my most recent order a little too close to going away on holiday and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I called the customer service team to check when my order would be dispatched and explained my predicament. The lovely advisor kindly upgraded my postage to next-day delivery as a gesture of goodwill. The tablets arrived today — five days earlier than I needed them! Thank you so much! Fantastic customer service and it has really put my mind at rest knowing I won’t run out of my dog’s medication while I’m away. 😊

I visited the website looking for Insulin for my dog who had recently been diagnosed Diabetic. I saw that the firm did not deliver to Northern Ireland. There was no mention of Scotland. Having paid for a Prescription from my vet I tried to order the insulin. Having had difficulty online I phoned only to discover that Aberdeenshire was outside their area. I was extremely angry having wasted money on the Prescription.

Extremely slow. You need to send in the prescription a good few weeks before you need it as they drag their heals and will take over a working week to send (despite saying 3-5 working days) - will be using a different supplier going forwards as this has happened every time I have used them now for my dogs meds and fed up with it. Also, tell me different things each time I call for update and told me it had had its final check and was being dispatched yesterday and then I received no delivery notification today, so called again and was then told it hadn't had it's final check so would not be arriving for another four days as it is Friday now which completes contradicts what I was told the previous day! Very poor.
