I purchased the year-long subscription…
I purchased the year-long subscription after a scary heart health event, and it turned out to be a wise decision . I get detailed information every day about how my body is doing. I used to rely only on listening to my body — now I still do that, but I also have scientific data to help me better understand how I’m feeling and find ways to improve.

Think twice before signing up
I gave the app a spin with 50% discount, found I did not use it as much as thought. I didn't remember auto-renewal and was alerted by credit card when it auto renewed. Within 24 hrs I contacted Welltory and exchanged emails with Megan. Megan said I was within a 48 hr window and that she would initiate a refund. I waited the week and checked back after not seeing refund. Now Megan says she did not say what I have in writing from here email and today being day 9 is outside their 48 hr window. I called her on it and she has been gaslighting me since. I strongly recommend not using this untrustworthy vendor, if you can't trust them financially, how can you trust their app? I'd give them a zero star rating if I could. Good luck if you use them.

Motivating app, but needs some tweaking
I’ve used this software for just over a year. I’ve found that it’s a great way to keep me motivated to keep moving. While it does keep me on track, I’m confused by some of the daily goals, as they seem contradictory. As an example, after several days of hard (for me, a 68 year old woman) exercising, my goal is no exercise (take a day off!), but the calorie goal is still elevated. I have to exercise in order to reach that goal. I did renew for another year, although it was difficult to navigate to the site and figure out the auto- renewal date…a warning and link would be useful. Also, the constant pop-ups suggesting a lifetime subscription are annoying.

Sleep not recorded correctly and no longer allows correcting. Some other issues of health alerts that dont corospond with deeper data. Work in progress. Also these experience reports not pointing at correct path, not facebook or google.
