Unreliable Support and Poor Issue Resolution for Time-Sensitive Immigration Processes
I have been dealing with an account portal access issue for months, and despite repeatedly following up, the problem is still unresolved. I was told that the issue had been forwarded to the technical team, but I have received no update, no explanation of what is causing the problem, and no estimated resolution time. I have also called to follow up and have not received an answer. This is especially frustrating because I need access to my account to obtain important documentation for both employment applications and my immigration process. These are time-sensitive matters, and the lack of access and communication is creating unnecessary delays. A technical issue can happen, but leaving a customer without access, without updates, and without a clear resolution timeline for this long is unacceptable. At minimum, I expected timely communication, a realistic resolution timeframe, or an alternative way to obtain the documents I need. **If your credential assessment is for a time-sensitive immigration process, consider using another authorized organization. WES has not been a reliable service. When something goes wrong, getting support or even an update, response, or clear resolution is impossible, which is unacceptable when immigration deadlines are involved.** Very disappointing experience.
