No refund after goods returned, no response to emails, phone messages, webbox contact
On 9.4.26 I returned part of an order to Heatons. I ordered from them when they were Westmorelands with no problem. I have a post office proof of posting. I have had no refund and no contact from them despite emails, telephone calls and web messaging. I emailed twice and no reply. I have phoned 5 times and left a message (they have a policy not to answer the phone). I have had no reply or any contact whatsoever from them. I left a message on their website message box. No reply. NB It cost me £5.70 to return the parcel. It is now 12 days with no refund, no resins from telephone calls, email or web contact. I am obviously owed money. It is clearly a deliberate policy not to respond to customers otherwise they would have done so by now. I would recommend potential customers to think very carefully about the integrity of this business.
