Very hard to get refunded for items out of stock!!!!

I ordered an item online and paid by PayPal. I received an email from Wetsuit Outlet stating that the item was out of stock and offered me an alternative item but I opted for a refund. They said the refund was processed that day but it was not. After emailing them again, 3 days later, asking for my refund I did not get a response from them. I had no option but to raise a case with PayPal who more or less refunded me in full immediately. Had I not used PayPal I am not confident that I would have got my money back even though it was their error. This was the first time I used Wetsuit Outlet and it will definitely be the last. Shame on them treating customers this way. Update : I just received a message (at 16.06 28/08/2026) to say they have refunded my payment lol! PayPal refunded my payment on 27/08/2026 after I opened a case.

Produkte sind gut aber die Rückgabe ist eine Katastrophe! Gutschrift dauert ewig (30 Tage PayPal) sind hier nicht ausreichend. Das finde ich sehr unschön zumal die Rücksendung sehr teuer ist. Werde sicher nicht mehr in dem Shop bestellen.

Quality and trustworthy

Have ordered twice from here—my wakeboarding gear and my boyfriends. In both orders I have received my items in perfect condition and within 2 days of ordering. Couldn’t recommend more!

Not to be trusted!

Not to be trusted! They advertise delivery in 3 working days. I placed an order on 28/07. Still have not received it. I found out that the item is being shipped from overseas; they seem to be selling items that are not in stock. I asked them to cancel my order and proceed with the refund due to delay in delivery. Also, I am going away so will not be able to receive it. No communication from them whatsoever regarding the refund. They keep sending me daily emails that my parcel is out for delivery. Well..... IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET and I do not think that it ever will!

Don’t bother visiting no help at all

Went into store as new to paddle boarding. Said needed to buy buoyancy aid for children and adults. So 6 in total. The member of staff just went sat behind the desk. Pointed to a computer and said for us to use to look and if we see what we want he would get it. I said we were not familiar with products and what would be the best. He called over a name that I couldn’t understand and ignored us. Such a waste of time. We promptly left. And went to a supplier at lower barn farm. Very helpful gave us lots of advise tried the aids on the children we bought all six. So if you need advise don’t go to the wetsuit outlet a long way out and absolutely no interest in helping, We were the only customers in the store.
