Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on their website, and used two coupons that they had as part of their Black Friday sale. The following Tuesday I received an email asking me to call them about my order (what is this, the 20th century?). Upon doing so, I was told that the website wasn't supposed to allow more than one coupon to be used, and that I needed to pay more to get my order. I canceled it, and am quite irritated at the time I wasted attempting to shop with them. I wasn't offered the option to change my order, or even a coupon to use if I wanted to place a new one with fewer/different items (the sales are all over now). Terrible service, and I would recommend avoiding them.

They lie about getting $10 off by…
They lie about getting $10 off by submitting your email. You submit your email address, which you have to consent to receiving marketing at, then after submitting that, you must ALSO enter your phone number before you get the discount. So they trick you into giving them your email with giving you anything in return. I was going to buy a replacement part from them, but because of this incredibly deceptive practice, I am going to buy a completely different brand and start over.

I have been using Whirley Pop for 20 plus years. I used to wear out the plastic gears and get a new one. I purchased metal geared, but within a few uses it pops up off the grank gear. I have to push it down when in the middle of popping. I am surprised this is occurring, I have tried customer service in the past and I was offered a discount for a new one, so this time I am just using it as is. Seems like an easy engineering correction to stop issue.

Damaged Box
One of my popcorn bags broke open so a bunch of the kernels escaped the box or were rattling around the bottom. My oil bottle also broke open and leaked, although thankfully it was covered in saran wrap!
