I wasted 99$ on their API connection - and I've gotten no support
I spent 99$ on their API connection, and it wouldn't allow me to subscribe to it. I tried everything. It is clearly not a bug. It feels gate kept. So I reach out, I reach out, I reach out, and I here nothing back. With absolutely 0 solution, way to use the product, or answer from someone on their team. I couldn't want the API less at this point. I want my money back so I can put it somewhere where it will work with me. Not against me. I am still waiting for support. Hopefully someone see's this!

Wholesale2B, especially Ani, will ask you to leave a positive review on before offering a lower price for increasing the number of products you can list. In my experience, the positive review was requested first. I also paid to have a website built, and the result looked extremely unprofessional. When I raised concerns about the quality of the website and the poor customer service, it took over a week to receive a response. After I questioned these issues, my account was suddenly turned off without any explanation. I sent multiple emails asking what happened, but I never received a response. If you're expecting true wholesale pricing, I would recommend comparing prices first. In my experience, many of the same products could be found through Google or on eBay at similar or lower prices, making it feel more like buying from retailers than wholesalers. Based on my experience, the customer service was very poor, especially from Ani. Be aware before doing business with this company. I would not recommend Wholesale2B to anyone looking for a reliable wholesale partner.
