“False ‘In Stock’ Claims – Extremely Unprofessional”
They always show items as “in stock,” but in my experience, orders can take a week or even several weeks to actually ship. This has happened to me more than once. I placed an order for several sensors over two weeks ago. After waiting a week, I was informed that they did not actually have enough quantity in stock. I asked them to ship whatever quantity they had available. Almost another week has passed, and the order still has not been shipped. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted this company once and unfortunately gave them another chance, only to experience the same issue again. Do not rely solely on their “in stock” status. Based on my experience, the inventory shown online does not appear to accurately reflect what they can actually ship.

An item listed in stock will take 7 business days to move between their own warehouses in Switzerland to then be internationally shipped in 3 days. I would pay a higher price to not have to wait 2.5 weeks for a product.

Buoni prezzi ed assortimento, cercavo una applicazione un po' particolare per un paese arretrato come il nostro ed ho scoperto una gamma interessante di prodotti. Scrivo la recensione perché ho apprezzato l'imballaggio non eccessivo fatto con materiale biodegradabile, spero continuino su questa strada.
