Scam! Do not buy it.
The product is absolutely not as advertised. I was unable to cancel it even five minutes after placing my order. It is extremely difficult to get my money back or even to receive an address to return the item to. One of the three dogs I ordered does not work at all. The ones that do work are very basic and bark constantly, producing a very annoying high‑pitched sound. Their terms and conditions even state: “Our products are not toys and should never be given to children.” This is a scam. Do not buy it.

Terrible experience. My order never arrived, and every time I contacted customer support, I received a different excuse. First they said they could not find my order, then they suddenly found it, and later claimed it was still in transit, without providing any clear or verifiable proof. Customer service appears to be completely automated, making it nearly impossible to get a real answer or a genuine solution. After waiting for such a long time, I completely lost trust in this company. Thankfully, my bank helped me recover my money. My advice is to do your research before buying and read other customers’ experiences carefully. I would never purchase from this company again. In the end, companies that do not treat their customers fairly always face the consequences.

The product I received is not what they advertise. It’s wayyy different. Much smaller and very basic. No controls to select settings. No AI. The barking is constant. Extremely annoying and unstoppable. No child can play with it! It’s an absolute scam. I want my money back!

They collected the Money on 17th April, promising to deliver by the 30th of April 2026. Today is the 6th of May, and there has been no response. I don't have their contact number, and they have erased the confirmation mail my inbox. wonder how they did it.
