I have ordered several wigs from…
I have ordered several wigs from Patti’s Pearls. Due to an error of my own, I needed customer assistance. The team and especially Hannah, were so supportive and helpful! My communication was responded to so quickly. Hannah was patient and resolved my issues right away. This type of customer service is not as common these days. I am so grateful to have a company in which I trust that I will receive quality items, stellar customer service and quick responses when I have an issue. If you’re considering alternative hair, I highly encourage you to shop with Patti’s Pearls. I rate them 10 out of 5 stars! Thank you, Patti’s Pearls!

Ordering was easy and so was the return. I am looking at ordering another wig and have been emailing with Hannah Driskell. She has been very helpful and answering my question quickly.

Your customer service department is the "bomb"
Your customer service department is the most wonderful I have ever run into. Hannah especially helped me understand the ordering and return policy so well. When I've asked a question it is answered quickly politely .I am an RN with 50 years of service (still working) and i have been a Quality Management Director, Case manager and an Appeal Writer for United Healthcare, not to mention years at the bedside in ICU, ED and Labor and delivery as well as bone marrow Transplant. In all that time i have never experienced the rapidity with which your customer service team answers and helps. I am a new woman to "alternative hair" as Erynn calls it and have returned 3 wigs already and kept one. All of them were lovely but were too much hair . an unflattering color all my issues. I'm not giving up. I'll try again. I know i'll be treated kindly and eventually i will find my stride. This is the nicest and most helpful wig site out there. Patti of Patti's Pearls is great and of course Erynn is a wonderful spokesperson for the company. She is so beautiful she would look great wearing the box. A million thanks to all of you. Beautiful wig
Received my wig today and it is beautiful did have some issues with costs of delivery to Uk but have been promised that half of the costs will be refunded so hoping this company will honour this agrrement.
