Portable neuf qui ne fonctionnait pas : l'écran bloquait à l'allumage, freezait et s'éteignait systématiquement - c'est pas grave me disais-je, c'est garanti. Retour au SAV qui me le renvoie avec la mention :"pas de panne constatée". Impossible. J'insiste, j'explique, je le renvoie et précise que je veux un remplacement : "pas de panne constatée". Ils ont joué avec mes nerfs pendant 5 renvois. Leur but c'était de m'avoir à l'usure pour que j'abandonne. Ils ont fini par gagner.

NEVER buy the wiko t3 no matter how much you can't afford anything else
Rating: 0/5 Stars – An Absolute Electronic Failure Buying a Wiko T3 should be legally classified as a safety hazard. The quality of this useless phone is so tremendously terrible and horrible that having it feels like punishment. If you get lost in the woods being chased by a bear and you try to use this phone to call for help, the time it takes to load will give that bear enough time to learn how to read, write, ride a bicycle, and master fluent English before this useless brick even displays the emergency keypad. I've suffered through this phone for two years, and it is a completely useless. The performance on this device operates on its own agonizing timezone and literally works backwards. That's how slow it is. Scrolling on TikTok takes a solid five business days just to register a swipe, forcing every single video to play in a glitchy, slow-motion nightmare. If you disconnect the Bluetooth from your headphones or a speaker, the phone gets EVEN SLOWER and then you'll have to wait EVEN LONGER just for it to barely function. If you try playing Dress to Impress on Roblox, the stupid prehistoric processor completely chokes. It renders textures so slowly that the entire round timer will run out before you can even select a matching outfit, forcing you to walk down the runway looking like an unfinished gray block.The camera quality is an entirely separate tragedy. Taking a photo on this phone looks like you are trying to capture an image through a broken greasy window pane during a heavy fog in 2004. If you take a picture of the moon, it compresses the image so badly that the moon ends up looking like a blurry cheese block. The hardware is so stupidly incapable of handling basic daily existence that when you try to open more than one app at once, the system gets so overwhelmed that it views a basic Google search as an existential crisis, gives up on life, and triggers a safety shutdown out of sheer exhaustion. There is an entire Harvard library's worth of documentation waiting to be written on how truly terrible this quality is. It has become one of my biggest insecurities because if someone asks what phone I have, I have to explain a brand they've never heard of while holding a device that functions like a brick. This is hands down the absolute worst phone you could ever get. Even though it is practically worth nothing, it is still a complete and utter waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

I bought item from Wilko as it came up on Google search Item was not as described and I returned it. I waited for more than 1 month and did not got refund with emails and several contact to customer care no hopes This i company is unreliable and better avoided
