Kim has helped me with both personal and professional development. She is one of the least judgemental people I've ever met, which goes a long way in allowing me to be fully open about what I need help with and to get straight to the heart of the matter. I've worked with other coaches in the past, but when what I wanted to get out of it didn't match what they thought I should get out of it, things fell apart. With Kim I feel that her sole agenda is helping me get to where I want to go, even if it's not necessarily where she would choose. At the same time, if what I want isn't healthy for me, she doesn't shy away from helping me see how that might be the case. Even after just a few sessions I definitely feel like I'm leveling up my relationships with myself and others, from friends and family to colleagues and even random strangers. I have increased insight into my behaviors, greater access to what I want to achieve, and am better able to choose how I respond to any situation. Thanks, Kim!

Kim's approach is caring and future focused which really helps in breaking down the hurdles you have in life and/or business. Her approach makes it very easy to talk and focus on what you're trying to achieve. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fresh perspective on anything you're trying to accomplish!
