Zelfs niet na 90x vragen en dreigen. Op de website staat verantwoordelijk spelen uitsluiting blabla niks van waar en geen licentie geen eigenaar zichtbaar zwaae crimineel

My experience with WinBeast has been extremely concerning. I have been unable to withdraw my balance. When I tried to make a crypto withdrawal, I was told I needed to confirm the wallet address through a separate email. That email never arrived, and the withdrawal was then cancelled. I also tried to make a fiat withdrawal, but that was cancelled with the message: “converting between fiat and cryptocurrency during withdrawals isn’t allowed”. This made no sense, as I had selected the fiat withdrawal option. Whatever the reason was, the explanation did not match what I had actually selected. Support first sends you through an AI chatbot, and when you eventually manage to reach an agent, they are unable to resolve the issue. Instead, I kept receiving generic replies about wanting to “make your experience comfortable”, while also being told that the practical solution was simply to log out and not come back. The most concerning part was trying to close my account. I repeatedly asked for permanent closure, but was told that this was “technically impossible”. I pointed out that their own FAQ clearly says accounts can be permanently closed, but I was still told it could not be done. For a gambling operator, refusing to process a customer’s request to close their account is a major red flag. I had also opted out of communications, but still received an email from a VIP representative offering further incentives to deposit. Since I had specifically asked to stop receiving communications, I found this completely inappropriate. The support experience was also incredibly frustrating. The repeated “we understand your frustration” responses, without actually doing anything to resolve the problem, came across as extremely condescending. The games themselves seem legitimate, but that becomes somewhat irrelevant if you cannot withdraw your money. My experience has left me with serious concerns about the platform. I would also recommend looking carefully at the reviews here before depositing. There appear to be multiple very similar five-star reviews posted repeatedly by the same reviewers. Some reviews also seem to promote specific offers or features rather than describe a genuine customer experience. I would therefore treat the five-star reviews with caution and make up your own mind. Based on my experience, I would not deposit money with WinBeast now, or even if they manage to let players withdraw in the future. Once your money is in their hands, you should consider it already gone.
