I’ve had a good experience with wine…
I’ve had a good experience with wine 52. They always have great varied selection for very reasonable prices, and it’s exciting receiving different boxes every month and having the opportunity to taste wines from different regions. The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 is due to their cancellation policy. They make it quite difficult cancelling as you do have to call them and at some times have been on hold for over 10 minutes. Although calling is slightly frustrating, their customer service is strong. I recently had Karyn on the phone when I cancelled and she was very lovely and sorted my cancellation promptly, ensuring that I was entirely satisfied with the service.

The wine was fine
The wine was fine. Nothing amazing. I like the idea of supporting independent vineyards. You don't get an email to warn if the next payment coming, which I don't think would be difficult to do. Cancelling can't be done online, which is frustrating. When I went through the process of cancelling I thought it had been done online (after clicking through many cancel my subscription boxes) and then got an email to say my next box was on its way. When I went through the process again I realised that when you scrolled down the page it said you had to phone yo cancel, which I think is sneaky. If the product is good enough you don't need to resort to these sorts of tactics!
