Played at all the major crypto sites and thought id give winna a try. Made a small deposit of $25 that was gone in literally minutes micro betting. My RTP worked out to be 38%. The Site overall looks like most crypto casinos but is very slow and frustrating, same can be said about the extremely unhelpful support team who take half an hour to respond to a simple query. Im not one to write reviews usually but this place is exceptionally bad in several areas and should be avoided. Please don't make the same mistake i did, and stay away from winna... theres much better options out there.

predatory and incompetent sham casino
Joined this casino over 18 months ago when they were trying to lure high rollers from other casinos with their VIP transfer line. They said they’d be back to me ASAP. I checked in a couple of months later they asked for proofs I sent them stake bet slip and proof I was plat VI they said okay well process it it’s approved be back to you shortly. Didn’t come back. July last year mind you. I decided to play last month had a small win. Played today and questioned them early on re my vip transfer their response? Apply here 😒 So they didn’t do it. Lost 20k lots of slots were saying unavailable and keno was malfunctioning with messages not allowing me to place certain bets then resetting a lot. Asked for a lossback or ANYTHING they told me I’m not VIP so… nothing. Except they told me I had been approved before they just didn’t implement it. Worst casino I’ve played in 20 years - there’s even chat history to prove all this and they still can’t process what that means in their brains. Prob bots on chat. Don’t waste your time my guess- they won’t be online much longer

I created my account and made a deposit without any issues, but now I’m having trouble withdrawing my funds. Please help me. It has been 15 hours since I requested the withdrawal, and the status still shows as "pending." Other casinos pay out immediately; why are you holding onto the money? I don't understand. I’ve contacted live chat and sent emails—even reached out via X—but I’m not getting any help. I look forward to your reply.

Save yourself trouble
Save yourself trouble. glitchy games that almost seem visibly rigged every high stake bet. Down thousands. Ive played on many crypto casino and this one overall is by far the worst.
