On web it is not easy to select the right one, because descriptions are similar and no precise detailed description. Purchased huawei mate 20 pro OLED screen, OEM. After no use fo about 10 months (backup phone) on swith on screen started GREEN screen problems. Appears, it is know problem from year 2018, that LG developed screens are faulty from factory, but Witrigs sell them and on site no info if it is LG (bad) or BOE(good) developed. No refund (warranty expired) and no possibility to check producer if place order for another screen.

I thought this was a scam in the start…
I thought this was a scam in the start because it was so cheap on the website, but i figured... what the hell, lets try it. I ordered the parts and equipment that they refered to in their youtube repair video. it cost 20% of what a phone repair shop takes, and i just followed the steps from the video. the only reason as to 4 and not 5 stars, is that the phone uses the small philips screws, and the link sends you to a T3 screwdriver, so i bougt the wrong thing and had to get the other part in my town, but it was only a 3 dollar mistake on my part that i didnt check what the link went to.

Faulty part + Scammers
I ordered a Pixel 3 display, I followed their steps to test it before installing it and upon test it had a bar across the top of random colors and wasn't displaying properly at all. I emailed them and they provided no support or replacement and stopped responding, I filed a claim with PayPal and they finally answered on the last day and lied about everything and kept my money. PayPal stupidly believed them but gave me a $100 giftcard, screw them too. They stole ~$175 from me with their fraud. In their original response they told me to show a video testing it. Then they lied to PayPal and told them that me testing it is what broke it. All I did was plug it in and turn on my phone. It did not break it. It was faulty. Garbage chinese company.

Witrigs is not what I call reputable.
I bought a screen replacement for a phone I've had for years but I cracked the screen. So despite being skeptical I purchased one from wintrigs and I received it but the touch didn't work, it lit up but didn't respond to touch. I messaged them listing the issue and they said it was my flex cable ( mind you the old screen worked it was just cracked ) I was sure it wasn't but going back and forth with witrigs blaming my equipment not the possibility of me getting a bad screen. So I bought a new flex cable for 20$ off e bay it came yesterday so I tried it and still no touch response. So now I'm 80$ into the screen and another 20$ into a flex cable and they made me tear the phone all the way down to take pictures of the cabling and what not. So I contact them again saying same thing no touch. Well they're like you need to pay to ship it back and we test it and determine what should be done. Ok there's another 15$ to 20$ to ship it back so now I'm 125$ into this screen all from my pocket. They have totally dodged any accountability to the possibility of this being a faulty screen so that hinders my trust of them giving me a fair diagnosis on this faulty screen. This is a phone I've been skeptical on repairing because of a situation like this or ordering off Alibaba or AliExpress because of this whole thing if there's a problem you are exposed to getting the short end of the stick. I find it pretty crazy how they are not helpful on the situation they lay everything on the customer including the blame saying you're equipment is faulty. Now I have to ship it out to them wait weeks to get a probably to they're benefit diagnosis. And most likely have to pay to ship it back to me. The reason why I am saying this is because they instantly blamed it on my equipment and i proved it was they're faulty screen with receipts of purchase and everything. You'd think they would be a little more helpful like maybe take into consideration they shipped a faulty screen but they didn't I had to prove it. I don't but I won't buy anything from them again and I'll prob just eat the 100$ and toss that screen in the trash and put the phone in the drawer and forget about it. Use ifixit or a reputable company don't trust these guys they'll just blame everything on you.
