I had a representative from Elavon help me. This is my 1st website and my 4th book Nana Hollywood Retires to Paradise. Jasmine got help from your representative but seemed to be able to navigate quickly if you have any knowledge which I don't.

DO NOT purchase from Wix.com Any company that does not offer adequate support and does NOT stand behind their product is a true sign that they know their program is crap. They just billed me 376.00 today and refuse to offer a refund. There is no way to get in touch with anyone and the system sucks. I don't usually post online complaints, but this is my last option

Pour quelqu’un qui n’a pas grande expérience en programmation et création site Web, c’est très décevant très compliqué à chaque fois à chaque bouton part que de la publicité pour que vous payez pour la version payante, je ne trouve pas que c’est une plate-forme facile pour créer un site Web Trop compliqué, et pour chaque action, que vous faites ce que vous allez créer votre site Web, même avec leur template, les choses sont faites de façon qui vous pousse à payer en pensant que ça sera mieux Je ne recommande pas

Terrible Experience - Wix holding my payments without cause
I would strongly caution any business owner before trusting Wix Payments with their merchant processing. I have been a Wix customer for approximately 10 years. Wix actively pursued me by email and telephone and encouraged me to move my payment processing to Wix Payments. I did so in good faith, and my Wix Payments account was verified in May 2026. Wix then continued accepting legitimate payments from my customers for OVER 3 MONTHS while withholding the money owed to my business. What has followed has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable business experiences I have ever had. I have repeatedly contacted Wix looking for a clear explanation and a concrete path to having my funds released, only to receive changing explanations and be passed from one department or explanation to another. Most recently, I was told that I now need to complete some form of verification involving Stripe. Yet I signed up for Wix Payments, not Stripe merchant services. If Wix has chosen to use or change an underlying payment processor, Wix should be able to explain clearly what has changed, what specific verification is required, exactly how I am supposed to complete it, and why they continued accepting my customers’ money while my payouts were being held. Instead, I have been left trying to untangle Wix’s internal payment-processing arrangements while my business funds remain unavailable to me. Phone agents refuse to transfer me to any management team members. They just remain vague, fobbing me off. Ther have now been 6 agents following a script and doing nothing. These payments represent real services already provided to real clients. This is not theoretical money sitting in an account. It is income earned through my hard work, and a business should not have to fight this hard simply to receive its own legitimate proceeds. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. If there is a genuine compliance requirement, tell me precisely what it is. I have 4 other merchant services with zero problems by the way. If documentation is missing, identify it. If another processor is involved, explain why. If funds are being withheld under a particular policy, provide that policy and a clear timeline for release. But they won't tell me anything! Do not continue processing customer transactions and then leave the merchant chasing answers about where their money is and what they supposedly need to do to receive it. I have now begun escalating this matter outside ordinary Wix customer support because the repeated calls and changing explanations have failed to produce a satisfactory resolution. After approximately a decade as a customer, I never imagined I would be writing a review like this. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Wix Payments, I cannot currently recommend that another small business entrust its payment processing and cash flow to this service. Search Reddit - there are hundreds of stories like this one. If Wix resolves this matter promptly, releases the funds owed to my business, and provides a transparent explanation of what occurred, I will gladly update this review. Until then, business owners deserve to know what my experience has been.
