I bought the Wolfbox G900 Pro kit over…
I bought the Wolfbox G900 Pro kit over a year ago. While it initially felt like a well-made, premium product, testing its features over time has revealed major quality flaws and completely unacceptable customer support. Poor Video Clarity & Absent Night VisionDaytime Reading: I cannot read license plates beyond 30 feet, even on the highest resolution setting.Nighttime Reading: Anything past 25 feet becomes completely blurred. Night Vision: Despite the marketing claims, true night vision is effectively absent. Rear Camera: Failed completely after just 6 months of use (thankfully replaced at the time).Mirror Screen: A few months later, the entire mirror screen spontaneously separated and fell right out of the frame. It cannot be re-attached. The support experience has been an absolute nightmare:Ignored Messages: I left 5 voicemails over the span of a week and never received a single callback.Broken Promises: After calling over 20 times, I finally reached a representative who promised to send a replacement unit. The "Hang-Up" Treatment: Three months later, the replacement still hasn’t arrived. When I call to check on the status, the system defaults to dodging my calls. Previously, it would hold for 4–5 minutes before automatically disconnecting. Now, the system hangs up on me after exactly one minute. This camera is claimed to be the best there is. Overall I am disappointed with the product.

wolfbox.com were amazing to deal with. I brought a MF100 air duster and the nozzel connection broke (at my own fault), not because of a subpar product. i emailed asking if i could buy a replacement? No questions asked they just sent me a replacement at no cost. Unheard of these days! What an amazing company

Product arrived inoperative and tech support runs you in circles saying things on a screen that they dont understand. Chinese crap with a bunch of bots saying they are legit. Burn your money is better than buying this cause at least youd get warm instead of having a box of chinese garbage.

Great customer service.
My package was stolen from my forecourt. I contacted Wolfbox and they were really helpful on sorting me out a new one free of charge. They kept in contact with me through the whole process and even checking up on me until it was delivered. I would highly recommend Wolfbox and I will be definitely buying from them again. The customer service alone was enough to make me want to come back. They gave the best customer service I've ever had in my life.

Wolfbox G900Pro review
I want to start by saying that Wolfbox did send this to me in exchange for a review. I say say this for full disclosure. Now, onto the review. I am really impressed with not only the picture quality, which is amazing, but the fact that with the large mirror shaped screen, it gives you plenty of room to clearly see both the front and rear scenes. I put the G900Pro in our RV. The Rv does not have a rearview mirror so I used the dash bracket, which is designed to be very flexable for different dash angles. The quality of the equitment seems to be top notch with both fit and finish. The camera has a touch screen so trying to figure out what the little buttons of most cameras do is a mute point. It really could not be any easier and this is coming from a old guy that has not grasped new tech... The normal set up would be to strap the camera to the review mirror with supplied rubber straps. Literally, a 30 second install as far as the camera goes. The only painful part of the install is the running of the wires, which of course would be for any camera you buy. This is not a wolfbox issue at all. I have not had a chance to take the RV out for a long trip, but will be going in mid September and look forward to being able to see our towed Jeep as we go down the road for a piece of mind. I set our rear facing camera at bumper height to keep an eye on the towed vehicle, but when not towing with be a great rear facing shot. I have to say, that this dash camera is a pleasant surprise as far as looks and feel. I will update this review after we have used it on our upcoming trip but I anticipate this being a very nice set up. This camera also has a GPS tracker that displays both direction and speed on the screen. The attached pic is showing it set up on the dash of our Mercedez Sprinter based RV.
