I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order, and it has been a frustrating experience. When I contacted the vendor, I found the process of obtaining a refund to be a hassle. They informed me that I would receive my refund within 7 to 14 days, but I have not received any updates since then. By leaving this review, I hope to prompt them to process my refund promptly. Stay away from the vendor. Purchase Date: April 26 Order Number: UK#1425 Amount: £323.10

China trading company
This company gives the impression due to their branding their URL extension and pricing that they are in the UK. Much to my disssppintment after ordering I saw the shipping advice was frm China. I intentionally wanted a British company. The item arrived and it hangs much lower than the description. Its not suitable at all for a standard ceiling height in a bedroom. Also the light is plastic and looks very cheap. when I requested a return they said id have to pay to ship it to Belgium. I'm clarified the nowhere in their returns.Conditions does it state that they're an international company and that returns would be chargeable internationally. their emails bounce back, and they take days to respond. I'm currently in a dispute with them.Because they are not trading transparently. I wouldn't order from this company.No matter how nice their website looks

Don’t order Womo lighting unless you don’t need it anytime soon. I placed an order almost three months ago and all I can find on the tracking is that it arrived in the US from China and waiting on customs.

Poor quality and terrible service
The light is very poor quality and does not look like the pictures. Customer service terrible, received a defective light and they tried to blame us for damage during installation. We had not installed the light. Return sound easy but is not. You have to return to the USA and pay duty and tariff on top of expensive shipping. Worst purchase ever

Bought two of these fans
Bought two of these fans. One works perfectly but the other had a busted transmitter right out of the box. Called support and they already have a replacement part in the mail. Good customer service so far, will update when the part arrives!
