Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Wonda Mobile. Die Ware war schnell da und Kundenservice antwortet auch sofort bei Fragen. Ich werde wieder dort kaufen.

Lunedì 17 agosto ho ordinato dall'Italia un telefono Oppo Find X9 Ultra versione Global, pagando con bonifico anticipato per avere uno sconto sull'importo totale. Giovedì 20 agosto (oggi) il telefono è stato già consegnato. Servizio impeccabile a 360 gradi, sia in fase di pagamento con conferma immediata via mail da parte dello staff, sia per il tracking dell'ordine monitorando ogni tappa di spedizione da HK, e rispettando il giorno e l'orario di consegna che hanno indicato sin da subito. Pacco integro, confezione ancora sigillata e telefono perfettamente funzionante, comprensivo anche di cover, caricatore super veloce e adattatore per prese UE. è stato il mio primo acquisto su questo sito "ingolosito" da prezzi più convenienti e ottime recensioni ed effettivamente così è stato.

…Customer Service Matters as Much as Price
I’ve purchased two phones from Wonda Mobile, so I was disappointed with how my most recent interaction was handled. I received my OPPO Find N6 and, shortly after receiving it, noticed that another retailer was offering the same model for a lower price. I politely asked Wonda whether they would consider a price adjustment. I completely understand that a business may choose not to price match. What bothered me was the response saying that it “isn’t fair” for me to ask after receiving the item. I had only just received the package and had only just seen the lower price. I wasn’t demanding anything — I was simply asking. Wonda later provided an additional $25 refund, which I appreciate, and I want to be transparent about that. However, the refund did not change how I felt about the tone of the interaction. The phone itself arrived successfully, but customer service is also part of the overall experience. As a repeat customer, I expected a more professional and respectful response. Customer loyalty and word of mouth matter, especially when there are multiple retailers selling the same products. I’m sharing both the positive and negative parts of my experience so others can decide for themselves.

Amazing experience with Wonda mobile
Amazing experience with Wonda mobile. Made an initial enquiry via email regarding the Oppo Find N6 and my query was answered almost immediately. I then placed my order and selected express shipping on a Tuesday evening (UK time). I received instant order confirmation, and another email the following morning to advise the order has shipped. Received my order at noon on Friday. Less than 72 hours. Amazing efficiency. The phone was very well packaged and DHL provided great communication along the way. I would highly recommend Wonda Mobile for anyone looking to import a device that's not available in your region. They are extremely credible, trustworthy, and efficient.

The entire experience was fantastic!
I recently bought a OPPO N6 from Wonda. The experience was fantastic. Lowest price I found online + they offered a discount for paying by bank transfer. The email communication was very prompt. The delivery was also faster than I expected. All taxes and charges were taken care of by wonda. Didn't have to pay anything extra when the phone was delivered to Ireland. Also the phone was factory sealed and the global variant I received works as expected. No issues with the phone at all... All apps, android auto, Google play store etc all work. Plus the unit came with a super fast charger with a UK plug. Overall very pleased with the purchase. Will certainly be a repeat customer. Recommended. 👍
