Thank you Woods cues! Fantastic service and more importantly, a great quality product. Exceptional value for the money. I ordered a 3/4 break cue and was extremely pleased with the finish. Buying form WOODSCUE is a gamble..
Hi all, Same here as many "one star" reviews I've just read.. and that I should had done before buying. To make a long story short : Buying from WOODSCUE is a gamble. If you receive the right product in good conditions every thing is great and you've made a good deal. If not, you're screwed cause their aftersales sucks and they will do nothing to take responsibilty of what they did wrong no matter what you say or how you prove it to them. For those of you whom want more details, here's what happened : I've bought a customized 3 stars cue + case + extensions (400 USD). by the way, this is my 2nd cue purchase from them (previous one : 2021). I'm not gonna talk about the delay cause it didn't bother me that much. The seller waited the last minute to tell me that the case I've chosen isn't available. since my cue is a 3/4 60" not all the cases will fit it, so I had to chose hastly between the few models available. I chose one that seemed of good quality but that wasn't. Received it damaged and the telescopic extension stucks all the time. Took photos as soon as I opened tha package and shared them with the seller. Tried to work out a win win solution, but kept facing poor ethics and absence of will. They gave me a 20 USD refund that I didn't want and that I have no use for.. So gamble if you wish so, but I know that I won't no more..

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY, if your cue comes bent like mine did YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHTS AND THE SELLER KNOWS THIS AND DOES NOT CARE. I approached them within the 7 day returns policy window with evidence of the fault with the cue and they still refused to refund now I am stuck with a bent useless cue.

Purchased two combo sets
I purchased two combo cue sets. Order was placed on 6th June. The whole process was so quick and easy, from purchase through to delivery in Australia, on 18th June. The cues and cases are fantastic, and excellent quality.
