I got the Wooting 80he recently, It is shocking on how responsive and premium this keyboard is. The software is also perfect and very easy to navigate with a welcoming Discord community

Genuinely horrid customer service

Genuinely horrid customer service. I ordered a keyboard and switches with expedited shipping w/ an extra fee. One of the items I ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered in. I was informed of this and was given the option to split the shipping so the main item arrives on time and the 2nd item can arrive whenever possible. Over the course of 4 days I've received zero confirmation of any action being taken and 1 "sorry for the delay" email. Ridiculous for a company that charges so much for plastic keyboards with the only special thing being snaptap. Absolutely absurd.

Unfortunately, as isn't linked to our order or support systems, and we haven't received a response to our request for additional details, I'm unable to look into the specifics of your case from the information available here. Just to clarify, expedited shipping upgrades the shipping service used once your parcel is handed over to the courier. It doesn't expedite warehouse processing, support speed or change the availability of items that are out of stock. If a split shipment was agreed upon, though, we understand you'd expect clear confirmation and updates on its progress. If you provide your order or ticket details through our request, we'd be happy to look into exactly what happened and see if we can still help you out to improve on the situation. And if you're ultimately unhappy with your keyboard or feel it isn't worth what you paid, remember we always offer our 30-day hassle-free return period for a full refund, but ofcourse we hope you've been enjoying your Wooting regardless of this initial hiccup. Mijn Zinc Alloy Case begon na een korte periode al wat slijtage te vertonen. Dit is keurig zonder enige moeite opgelost door het support team. (ik krijg een nieuwe case en een gedeeltelijke refund) Wauw, uitstekend! Naast de top service bevalt ook het product tot nu toe enorm goed.

Lack of support, lost shipment, 3 weeks.

Ordered 80 HE keyboard 3 weeks ago, the keyboard still hasn't shown and it hasn't moved in a week. Instead of Wooting being on top of things, I called Fedex 5+ times over the past weeks to figure out what's going on and they said the box was empty when it arrived in the US. Meanwhile Wooting support has been almost non existent, no urgency, responding once every 4-5 days and now they're telling me to show proof that the box is empty with Fedex. Like are you actually serious? You sent me a product, you didn't bother to check on the delays, and you didn't even know it was an empty box and now I have to show you proof? You have the tracking number, you're the sender of a package that has nothing in it. Im a paid customer and am still waiting and apparently I'm waiting for an empty box you sent me. This whole experience has made me realize their Hall switches aren't that special, you can get the same thing from Keychron for 1/2 of the price. That's what I'm doing. I got misled by all the reviews about how their products are great, support is great, that is not what I'm seeing and I should have come here before buying. So I hope this review helps you. I ordered a Keychron off Amazon two days ago and it's arriving today. Half the price, 48 hour delivery, no hassle.

First of all, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with both the shipment and our support. I completely understand how frustrating it is to wait weeks for a keyboard, especially when you're receiving conflicting information about the shipment. I can see you've had additional contact with our support team in the meantime. While we'll always respond, cases involving couriers unfortunately tend to take longer, as both we and the courier have to investigate what happened. As long as the shipment is still officially in transit, we're often required to wait until the courier's investigation or delivery window has timed out before we can move forward with a replacement or refund. That said, please don't worry. We'll always make sure you either receive the keyboard you ordered, a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost or tampered with, or a full refund if we're unable to deliver your order. We also understand the comparison with ordering through Amazon. While we can't always match the shipping speeds of local fulfillment networks, we do believe a Wooting offers excellent value through its quality, performance, continuous software development, and 4-year warranty. Of course, we also recognize that the overall customer experience matters, and we're sorry this one fell short of your expectations.
