I’ve been a client for 7 years and…
I’ve been a client for 7 years and never had issues. I purchased 100$ worth of shirts and the delivery company delivered my order in a “safe location” (ie. in front of a GLASS door on street level). Order got stolen, delivery company said to contact reseller so they could reopen the case and investigate the parcel theft, but associate at Wordans told me there was nothing they could do (as opposed to what delivery company told me) and that they would not help me further and close the case. Lost the parcel AND the shirt gig I had booked since I didn’t receive the replacement I paid for in time

I bought 7 Gildan T-shirts
I bought 7 Gildan T-shirts. I use them for work, and I really like them because they come in tall versions as well. They fit really good and the price is great. I have been getting my work shirts from Wordans for years.

Terrible
Unbeknownst to me, Wordans sent my order using a courier who simply left my valuable package outside of my house with no notification, and, of course, it was stolen. Since UPS took a photo of my package left on my doorstep in a high pedestrian traffic area, Wordans said there was nothing they could do. I disagree. They could use a courier that is familiar with the term 'porch pirates', and have the delivery person simply ring my doorbell. A horrible experience. I am currently instigating a small claims court action regarding this matter.
