Prompt replies to queries
Website easy to navigate, ordering simple. Have contacted them a couple of times and have always received a prompt reply, considering the situation in Israel at the moment their service has been exceptional. However, I am still waiting for my order to be delivered, no refection on them, but more on Royal Mail, my parcel has taken longer to get from Belgium than it did to get from Israel to Belgium. Beginning to think that the UK dose not want any dealings with Israel, but will not be honest and say so. Wanted to place another order with them, but due to the delivery problem not so sure. Such a shame that a good company is being let down so badly by a bad international delivery service.

I ordered a Bring Them Home dog tag on…
I ordered a Bring Them Home dog tag on 10th January and it is now 28th February and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking (if it is genuine) shows no movement at all but they keep referring to it. Even allowing for the current situation, this is unacceptable. And why coming from Belgium not Israel?

Hidden Costs and Shameless Customer Service.
shameless customer service. shamelessly inflate your bill with hidden costs like courier taxes after being billed for courier etc. the delivery ended up being 2 times the price of the actual f'ing items. pathetic at best. reality: they used a courier they are not accustomed to using got charged premium rates and just shamelessly passed it on. making me pay for their incompetence.
