Ordered 3 spiders, no communication, no spiders delivered, had to ask bank to refund the transaction to which they appealed the return transaction. Still no communication. Do not give this seller any money under any circumstances

Order Issues, No Refund, and No Response
I had a very disappointing experience with World of Tarantula. I placed two orders (#1267 and #1270), and after realizing there was an issue, I immediately requested a refund for one of them (#1267) and they accepted it. Both orders were marked as shipped on the same day (13/01/25), with the same tracking number (but 2 shipping fees). I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service via email to clarify the situation, but I haven’t received any response for weeks. As of today, I have not received the tarantulas, a refund, or even proper communication about the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Did got a track en trace but got nothing no package!
I hope i dont got scammed after reayding these reviews Anyone got his order? Still no contact with the seller.placed 2 orders nothing in my mail and no delivery after more than 2 weeks.(update i did got a track en trace but not recieved my spiders as of today. I believe tue tracking numbers are fake that they gave us in the mail. My shipping was sended with la poste ,colissimo. It only says la poste is ready to pick up your order please come back later. It says that since 13-01-02-2024. Do not buy from this seller!

I made the mistake of buying before…
I made the mistake of buying before reading reviews. They don't answer email or anything. Nothing is being sent in the mail and no communiction. SCAM!! Dont buy
