I’ve always heard good reviews about this company. The day I messaged them asking for information about the wigs they were super friendly and willing to show me pictures of the product. They have been nothing but great customer service and the hair is beautiful!

*Real human review Bought medium capsize wig but it didn’t fit. Contacted the WhatsApp customer service. They arranged an exchange for a larger cap. Communication was excellent 👌🏽 team responded very quickly to all my questions. New one came within 2 weeks. Happy 😃

Poor quality hair and disappointing customer service
I purchased WowAngel’s Deep Curly Pre-Separated Feather Crochet Human Hair and was extremely disappointed, especially considering how much I paid. Within LESS THAN A WEEK of installation, the hair became severely tangled, frizzy, rough and matted. It genuinely started behaving more like synthetic hair than the quality human hair I believed I was purchasing. I did not bleach, dye or chemically alter the hair. I only used water and curl cream to define and maintain the curls. I understand that curly hair requires maintenance, but this was excessive. I have experience maintaining curly hair and have never had hair deteriorate this badly within a matter of days. It became so tangled and unmanageable that once I returned to the UK, I had no choice but to CUT IT OUT of my head and throw it away. I contacted WowAngel while I was still on holiday and provided evidence of the condition of the hair. Instead of issuing a full refund, they initially gave me maintenance advice and eventually offered just £45 compensation. I declined because I had paid significantly more for hair that became unusable in less than a week. They then told me their decision would not change and closed my case. I escalated the issue through PayPal, but unfortunately found their dispute process completely unhelpful as they wanted me to return hair that had already been installed, cut out and disposed of. When I originally complained to WowAngel, I was never told that I needed to retain the damaged hair for a potential return. Had I been told this, I would obviously have kept all of it after removal. Thankfully, I had paid using my American Express credit card through PayPal. I raised the issue directly with Amex, who dealt with the dispute, and I was ultimately able to get my money back through them. To be clear, the matter was resolved through my credit card provider – NOT because WowAngel provided me with the full refund I requested. I have photos showing the condition of the hair after removal as well as my conversations with WowAngel. For the amount of money I spent, I expected far better quality and customer service. Hair sold as human hair should not become this rough, tangled and unwearable within days with normal care. I definitely will not be purchasing from WowAngel again and, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
