**My mother died
**My mother died – and my request was not even worth a reply** I am deeply disappointed by the way Wowotrip handled my situation. My mother passed away the night before I was due to travel to Frankfurt. Of course, attending the concert and staying at the hotel was no longer an option. I fully understood that my booking was officially non-refundable. I simply asked Wowotrip for some compassion and a goodwill refund due to these exceptional circumstances. I even offered to provide my mother's death certificate. My first request was rejected. I then contacted Wowotrip personally, explained what had happened and kindly asked them to reconsider. I received **no response at all**. Losing your mother is painful enough. Having to deal with a company that cannot even find the time to acknowledge such a personal tragedy makes an already heartbreaking situation even worse. I wasn't asking for special treatment without reason. I was asking for a little humanity during one of the hardest moments of my life. Sadly, I found none.

Ganz schlimm, Finger weg!
Ganz schlimm! Finger weg, da extrem unkulant! Wir hatten eine Hotelbuchung im Hampton by Hilton, in San Jose, Costa Rica über check24 gemacht, der Anbieter war dann wowotrip. Aufgrund eines Autounfalls konnten wir nicht anreisen und haben das Hotel direkt um Umbuchung/Voucher gebeten. Sie haben sehr freundlich reagiert und erklärt, dass der Veranstalter noch zustimmen muss. Dann würden wir das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen. Und nun hat wowotrip sowohl eine Rückerstattung als auch eine Umbuchung eiskalt abgelehnt! Wir wünschen diesen "Menschen", dass sie nie in so eine Situation kommen und dass sie sich über das Geld freuen.....

Caution: Not a reputable company
Warning: Wowotrip does not seem to operate reliably. I booked a hotel stay through this provider - or so I thought. However, only part of the period was reserved at the hotel, and even that portion was canceled by the provider the day before. Despite filing a complaint, I have not received a refund.

Scam website using scrapped information…
Scam website using scrapped information that is incorrect. When the hotel attempts to correct, they are told that to edit the listings they need to agree to their terms and condiitons and offer booking services through them.

I booked a room for Aug 26,2024 in Exeter Hotel in Reykjavik via Wowotrip and paid full amount by credit card online.But my flight from Akureyri to Reykjavik has been cancelled.I can not arrive in Reykjavik on time.I contacted Wowotrip and the hotel.They cancelled my reservation but refused to do refund.They charged me 200 euros but i get nothing
