the worst.

i've been a customer for the last 2 years, i payed hundreds of dollars. lately i decided to move to another provider (my own server, because it's a lot cheaper). My annual service stopped with WPWorld the 20 May 2026. today is the 22 May 2026, and i just need to move some old websites from WPWORLD to my new hosting. The support doesn't want to help me, but they want me to pay the full amount of the Plan + 20 slots of websites to get back my account. It's absurd. i've been a customer for the last 2 years, almost from the day that this service exist. and now they treat me only like a number. Also one note... 3 weeks ago randomly my account got blocked, but after texting to them, they unlocked it. So it's also full of bug. I'm not reccomending this provider to anyone, i've been a customer for 2 years, so i know that it's a service to avoid at all cost

Absolute Worst Hosting & SEO Experience — DO NOT BUY!

I signed up for the Master Jedi plan on [WPWorld.host official site – a premium package that promised AI optimization and SEO results within 1 month — and what I got was a complete disaster. After many months on the plan, my websites are still showing “activation pending” for SEO services, despite the bold claim of results in 30 days. This is ridiculous and false advertising. wpworld host Their support is shockingly bad. I’ve reached out multiple times about the activation issues, slow hosting, and lack of optimisation, and each response was either vague, unhelpful, dismissive or extremely slow. At times I genuinely felt like I was talking to a bot — not a real human who understands WordPress or SEO. This is not the “priority support” they advertise on the Master Jedi plan. Speaking of performance, the hosting is slow and unstable. My site loads painfully slowly, and there’s no real improvement in speed or SEO traffic after paying a lot of money for this plan. This company claims high rankings on review sites, but independent review platforms have reported suspicious reviews and potentially fake review activity — which makes the glowing 5-star ratings feel even more misleading. 🛑 Terrible experience from start to finish. 🛑 False promises of SEO results with no delivery. 🛑 Support that barely helps. 🛑 Slow hosting performance even after premium payment. Do NOT buy this service. There are much better hosting providers with real SEO help and real support teams.

Terrible experience with WPWORD

Terrible experience with WPWORD – Rude support, disappointing service.I purchased the Master Jedi plan for $299.95/year, which included Priority Support and a Premium SEO Campaign, but the entire experience has been deeply disappointing.The support is rude and arrogant, responses are slow and often unprofessional or even sarcastic. I asked for basic information like the host name and the database user (since they only provide one!), and was told, “Look for it in the conf.php file” — as if it’s obvious that everyone should already know how to do that.They talk about having “engineers,” but the support feels like it’s handled by AI bots with no empathy or real ability to help. I only reached out for technical things I couldn’t solve on my own, and instead of actual help, I received vague, unhelpful directions. In the end, I had to hire an external technician to get things done — tasks that should have been included in the service.When I pointed out how inadequate the support was, they even suggested I should have asked for a refund. Not only disappointing — but accusatory and offensive. Their arrogance is off the charts.They said they have 30,000 customers, is it possible that they are all happy and content? I only requested one additional thing after the migration: to change the site name. Their response? That I was overloading their team, which was supposedly busy handling critical migrations. I honestly don’t understand how they have only positive reviews. Either they’re hiding the negative ones, or something isn’t right with their review system. In short: useless support, overpriced service, arrogant attitude. One of the worst hosting experiences I’ve ever had. Strongly NOT recommended.

I am frankly shocked to see this review from this client, tells a lot about the kind of person they are. I am sorry that you feel this way, but your review is pure slander and full of inaccuracies. - We can't hide negative reviews. You can feel free to filter by 1 star reviews only. You will find that you are the only negative review we have received in our business history (I wonder why). - You have joined a week ago and contacted our engineering team every single day since. We have responded to your every query, answered every question, fixed things for you on your site, got basic data (like your own database credentials) for you upon request, and catered to your every need within minutes or hours, weekends included. Yet our support is deemed "useless" by you. - Our engineers have migrated multiple sites for you (3 of them) upon request, all done with manual migrations (since you wanted to change domains) and with full cooperation and communication with you, migrated to perfection. - The suggestion to look at your "wp-config.php" file was a response to you not knowing your WP DB credentials. This is a basic suggestion for you to be able to find these credentials at any point, for any site. How you deem this "rude" I cannot even imagine. - Imagine you being the only negative review, out of almost 30,000 customers, in years of operation? What do you think, could there be a reason for that? - Last point, for the service deemed "overpriced" by you. You get the best WordPress hosting on the planet for more-than-adequate prices, with unlimited (!) resources (RAM, CPU, Storage) and included SEO campaigns, and you call that "overpriced"? That's a first for us too. I am very sorry that you feel this way, we have tried very hard to help you, support you and ensure you are happy with us. Somehow I think we are managing to achieve that very well with all other customers, yet you seem to be rather special. I hope we can make things better for you, however I absolutely do not see how the team could have been more helpful. If you do require (actual) help or assistance, our support is there for you.

WPW is a really good hosting partner!

WPWorld is a really good hosting partner and more. They are really helpfull and their pacience is amazing. The dashboard to work from is very easy, even if you dont have a lot of experience in this. The prices are good for all kinds of businesses from small to big. I am happy that i found WPWorld!
