Customer for a decade
Customer for a decade. Tried to cancel my account but was 1 day late. Denied refund of $60 for 1 day. Great policy but its 2026. They get the satisfaction of policy. I get the satisfaction of a review. For the actual technical performance… their hosting couldn’t handle my woocommerce traffic. It was too slow. I moved it to Kinsta.

Loving WPX in the first month!!
I've been with WPX.net for just one month, but I'm estatic about the improvement over my old hosting company. I just got online support from Preslav who helped me figure out how to grant access to my freelancer who is creating my WordPress website AND Preslav helped my setup my email box. Now I'll be able to setup email for other team members without any problems. This is how you run a hosting company!!

Hands down, simply the Best.
Hands down, the best hosting company out there. Their service is second-to-none, and reliability is perfect. After 20 years in the business of website building and SEO, and having gone through all of the "big name" companies, I'll never use another hosting company again. Wait time on chat is around 15 seconds every time. A+.

We have been with WPX for 5+ years, we have used many other hosting companies and still deal with them to move new clients over to WPX! WPX is hands down the best service you will find. They are available, they are wonderful to deal with, helpful, always find the solution and stick with you to the end. Website uptime is great, speed etc. Highly recommended!!
