Complete scam, avoid
I purchased a Dragon's Dogma 2 (GLOBAL) key from SolidKeys on this website for $37 AUD. It was flagged as usable in my country and most others. The key could not be redeemed on an Australian, USA or EU Steam account. The seller requested that I attach 4 screenshots of the process to a ticket, which I did, and I then received a canned AI-generated reply from support stating that "refunds are not possible under our platform policies". Do not purchase from this website, they even respond to feedback here with the same generic copy and paste. They have no system in place for faulty services or refunds. Your only recourse is charging the transaction back through your bank, which I will be doing in a few days. Order ID: 257992 Ticket ID: 62615

Las claves que dan no corresponden a las que venden
Compré la clave de un juego que aparecía con la región GLOBAL y al intentar activarla en mi país (España) Steam de dice que la clave proporcionada no se puede activar en mi país. Por lo que, en mi caso, lo que ponen que venden NO es lo mismo que acabas recibiendo. Abrí ticket en la web e intenté contactar con el vendedor, pero no he tenido respuesta de ninguno... la verdad, pésima web y control de claves.. NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR EN ESA WEB

Wyrel is an absolute scam and anyone fond of their money should stay away! They sent a key that could not be redeemed in Spain for a product that they advertised as Global (order ID 254286, just so that the bot that they seem to have replying to reviews here doesn't have an excuse that it couldn't find an ordert matching...). I contacted the seller of the key and they replied until I sent them clear evidence of the faulty code. I tried to open a dispute but Wyrel's broken website didn't allow me to open one because they didn't list the product that I purchased, then they sent me a warning of potentially being blocked for sharing personal data (which I didn't), just so that they didn't need to refund the product. I tried to contact their support but they didn't reply. I ended up needing to resolve the issue with my payment provider (thank you Revolut). In hindsight, I should have known that this was a scam website when I noticed that they didn't accept paypal. Stay away! Response to your (automated) reply: I do not appreciate automated replies, more so when they don't even process the review in question. I even gave you the order ID which makes it clear that you are just replying to every bad review with a canned message, because you don't care, because you know all too well how you operate in the most shady way. I really hope people can reach this message before they get scammed as well.

They took payment from me using Google…
They took payment from me using Google pay without asking me for any email address to send the key to. I never received the key and they took the payment. When I contacted support they asked me send them a pdf copy of bank statement after I already sent them a screenshot of the Google pay transaction. Such an invasion of a customer's privacy asking for a full bank statement of all in going and out going transactions. Needless to say I was prepared to give them this. I would avoid using them their payment system is busted and the customer support aren't helpful.

Excellent seller Ms_Genuine. The first key had an issue, but the seller responded quickly and provided a replacement that worked perfectly. Great customer service. Highly recommended!
