bonjour . Je mets en garde tous les futurs clients de xapo bank Gibralltar voleur c'est des escroccs jai placé250 euros j'ai été harcelé pendant des semaines jusqu'à 10 fois par jour pour augmenter le capital comme j'ai eu des doute et heureusement. les 250 e ont disparu et jamais eu un compte

I strongly recommend DO NOT use this bank. I opened an account. Thought it was brilliant. Had it like 6 weeks. Then they suspended my account. Told me to provide proof of funds. I sent in numerous documents. Their compliance team has now been involved for 7 weeks. Not able to access my account. Getting told every week wait 24 to 48 hours . Then wait all week. 7 weeks have passed and still no further ahead. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND XAPO BANK I'm going to write this all over social media to see my review and it will make everyone think twice about using this absolute sham of a banking app Xapo I can confirm that all I ever receive is the team are working round the clock. That's all the info I ever get

RED FLAG AND A SCAM ALERT!
They are not letting me to withdraw my balance. I want to close account with them and I want to withdraw my balance gbp into another exchange and they are denying my request and I am not able to close the account. They want to keep my money forever I guess in the account??? RED FLAG AND A SCAM ALERT! It is not your decision to tell me where I can transfer my money when the account is under my name. I do not have alternative option bank and they are telling me i can never receive my money from xapo because they do not support withdrawals to another exchange and because of that they are not letting me to use my money which is very unfair and a scam alert!!! I deposited money from the same exchange and they received it and now they do not let me withdraw money to the same destination!!!

Smooth and they are updating the layout inline with today's environment which is great thing. still long way to go but all in all i'm satisfied. Secuirty fool proof , compliance top notch.

Very disappointing experience with Xapo…
Very disappointing experience with Xapo Bank I used my Xapo account for only 15 days before it was suddenly frozen without any prior warning or request for additional information or verification. I then requested that my account be closed and asked for the return of both my account balance and the $1,000 annual membership fee. According to Xapo’s stated policy, if an account is closed within the first month, the annual subscription fee should be refunded. Although Xapo eventually returned the funds that were in my account, they never refunded the $1,000 annual membership fee, despite their policy. I contacted support multiple times, but I never received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing. In my view, failing to refund a fee that should be returned under the company’s own policy is unfair and has resulted in me losing $1,000. I cannot recommend Xapo based on my experience.
