I reported a zipper defect on my wetsuit after several uses and experienced very friendly and accommodating customer service. I’m also very impressed with the quality of the wetsuits. I can highly recommend Xcel!

Top quality wetsuits with great customer service
I love this brand as I find their wetsuits too quality and the most confortable and easy to put on. Their sizing precision is very well suited for my size as I m tall and skinny so a LT size was the perfect fit , whereas most other brands just have M, L or XL. I recently made a purchase and forgot to add a discount code and their customer service (Jan) was very reactive and helpful to issue the refund immediately. Well done, I strongly recommend!

Amazing suit and lovely service
Really happy with my experience. When there was a stock issue with my size, Jan and the team reached out and upgraded me to a premium, more expensive full suit than the one I’d ordered, at no extra cost! A genuinely kind and professional way to handle it. The Xcel Axis full 3/2 suit itself is excellent: great quality, and the fit is spot on. Would order again. Thanks!

Fast and kind customer service for the best diving wetsuits I know
Commercial diver since 26 years , I have had buy a wet suit from XCELL 10 years ago and was convinced by the confort , quality and durability , unfortunately my diving shop has closed and It was hard to find some in my area . so I have bought some other brands, who were lower quality or confort. so I have decided to buy it on line. At this occasion I have had by my fault a trouble for apply a discount code they have propose to me.mi have writing back to me faster giving to me a higher discount ! Thanks to them !

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish. The communication from Jan and the Xcel team was outstanding throughout. They responded quickly, kept me informed. The wetsuits arrived safely and are exactly what I was hoping for. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Xcel Wetsuits Europe and will happily purchase from them again. Highly recommended.
