xCloud genuinely have my best interests at heart
Super-speedy and genuinely exceptional support when my server suddenly ran critically low on disk space. The xCloud team freed up 22 GB without taking anything offline or losing any of my work. They then investigated properly, identified the abandoned temporary browser sessions being created by a third-party service, and gave me concrete information to take back to that team so they can implement a permanent fix. What really stood out was how clearly they had my best interests at heart. They checked my actual usage and explained that I didn’t need the larger server I had been considering, rather than letting me pay for capacity that wouldn’t solve the underlying issue. They were very thorough and genuinely committed to finding the right long-term solution. I couldn’t have asked for better support. All the stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Incredible hosting provider and excelent support
Incredibly talented, very experienced support team. xCloud has the best product on the market, and they add new features with a speed of no competitors do. Quality is fantastic and devs are super responsive, friendly and transparent people.

Rock-solid support when it actually matters
I've been hosting all my websites on xCloud and the server management has been solid overall. I did run into a couple of server crashes caused by SQL issues from overloaded websites, but their support team was incredible, I reached out once at 5 AM and once at 4 PM, and both times they responded super fast and got things sorted quickly. Genuinely impressed with how responsive and hands-on they are. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience of using the XCloud support team, and they were terrific. Doris was the support team member that worked with me. She really good in her response time, provided me with plenty of instructions on how to sort my problem out, and was very patient with me. All in all, it was a positive experience and outcome.
