An absolutely fantastic experience!! The customer service is immediately friendly and competent; you receive support, and the doll looks exactly the same in your home as in the photos on the website or in the photos you receive from the factory after completion, before it's shipped. You have the opportunity to participate in the process at any time. A truly trustworthy and wonderful company. Thank you so much!

Good work that needs significant improvement
Thank you for this area who is very important in my point of view. XdollsLand is a very good website by the contains, the services and the prices. "Captain" Anson is a brilliant leader who deserve a big rate. So, it's a shame than sometimes the photos of the dolls on the website are too much remastered and can wrong people. You should make also several versions of a same doll, for example : Tyra is a : 164 cm "E" Cup; you could to make another version like this : Tyra 164 cm "H" Cup with 23 Feet size, or 168 cm; Hailey should be reviewed with a 166 cm, 23 feet size and Hipline 104.7. When i saw the photos, i thought that the breasts where nice sized, the feet also, but once unpacked, the deception was very great! Especially, this order was not for me, i just recommended to somebody this doll, because she seems me very nice and pleasent for what he was looking for. Even myself i am disappointed. The toes are too little, not close enough to reality. If somebody cannot have a real women how can be the reasons, he need to have a sort of "real dream" with him.... Think right about this please. You make something very very important for the mankind, but, IMPROVE this hard, and you'll be better to better. God Bless your fantastic activity..

Anson walked me through the entire process - seamless from beginning to end - selecting every detail and placing the order, I was provided with updates and photos throuough the production process. Shipping to Australia was also incredibly fast, and it wasn't long before I was opening the box to reveal the godess Evie oriental doll... I'm blown away by her realism and am most grateful for Anson and XDollsLand transparency. Highly recommend.

Excellent service through a complex Real Lady order
I had a complex Real Lady custom order through SexDollsLand, and Anson has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was one of his biggest positives. Anson responded quickly during his working hours, kept me updated, answered a lot of detailed questions, and was very patient even when I changed my mind several times during the custom order process. He also helped me with very specific customization requests, including a custom skin tone and later adjustments on my replacement doll. When I had concerns about the areola color and appearance, he worked with me and the factory to help correct it, which I really appreciated. One thing to note is that SexDollsLand seems to focus mainly on Irontech and related sister brands, but if you are looking at Irontech or Real Lady specifically, the pricing is very hard to beat. It may seem too good to be true at first, but in my experience it was legitimate, and the service was very responsive. My order did involve some factory related quality concerns, so I would separate that from the vendor service experience. From the SexDollsLand side, Anson advocated for me, helped push for a replacement, and continued communicating with the factory when issues came up. I am still waiting on final factory feedback for one concern, but I feel confident that Anson will continue helping me work toward a fair resolution. Overall, Anson has been responsive, patient, flexible, and generous in trying to make things right. I would feel comfortable ordering from SexDollsLand again, especially for Real Lady or Irontech products.
