Expensive to return. Not enough room. Unattractive.
I have worn another brand of barefoot shoes which I've had since March and have loved them. I liked the look (only side pictures) of Prio and bought in my usual size 8. They did not give me enough toe room (height and width). I always wear a size 8. The also looked like clown shoes when looking down on them. Figuring that was the look on all their shoes, I decided to return. I had to pay (taxes and return fee) $10 to try on a pair of shoes. I cannot recommend.

I ordered a black pair of sandals
I ordered a black pair of sandals, and I received a green pair of sandals. When I notified them that they had sent me the wrong color they informed me I have to pay $8.99 to return them. Didn't quite think that was fair. Is that OK? Then when we receive my refund, they've taken another $5.99 off because they didn't refund me the cost of my shipping to me. I'll buy a lot online and most companies especially if they send me the wrong product we'll take the return for free and I have to pay nothing shipping or anything because it was their mistake. This company doesn't give a crap about their customers. They just wanna make sure they get the money. I received these sandals knew that they were wrong color. Tried them on just to see if they would fit and whether or not I should get another color and put them back in the bag. They were never even put on the floor nothing. Xero need to be better in customer service.

I purchased the Ridgeway Mesh last…
I purchased the Ridgeway Mesh last October at Whole Earth Provisions in Houston Tx. I was pleasantly surprised at how my first “ Wide Toe Box” shoe felt. We moved to NYC the following month and it became the best walking shoe! Fast forward to now, I reordered it and received it yesterday. I was extremely disappointed to see that the shoe was no longer the same design and this is after talking with an “expert” at Xero about it. It’s too small , i ordered the same size, AND the toe box is normal. I will never trust this company again, beware if you do!!!

Bought pair of men dillon shoes
Bought pair of men dillon shoes. After one month they looked like I were using them for a year at least. Extremely slippery on wet surfaces such as cobelstones and asphalt. Felt myself like on the ice. So fir that price theyvare the worst ones. Sent request to company and answet as expected, that is normal wear and tear for those shoes. Sent them pics with another company shoes and answerbthe same. So I would strongly suggest to think twice before buying them.

Junk shoes, many hidden fees to return. Avoid!! Really!
Poor shoe quality, and then many hidden charges to return the shoes. I was so disappointed! But: Who charges for a return label? Who charges extra for return shipping? Who declines to front-load this information, making your actual humans reply "Well, we did not NOT say it was free." To quote the returns page: "Instructions No label or box needed. Head to any Happy Returns®️ location, go to the shipping counter and show your QR code to the sales associate." I call that hiding the fees. This company probably got acquired, and they're just trying to off-load whatever product is left. Stay away!
