Helpful for keeping track of activity
Xnspy has been helpful for keeping track of my son’s phone activity. The location tracking and browser history are the features I use most, as they give me a clearer view of his online activity. I also appreciate how easy the app is to check and the helpful support from their customer service team.

Xnspy gives me a straightforward way to check phone activity. Calls, messages, location, and other details can all be accessed through the app, which saves a lot of time. The information is well organized and easy to go through when I need to check something.

WARNING: Deceptive Practices, Hidden Root Requirement & Broken Refund Promises!
I purchased and installed this software on July 25, 2026, to monitor my son. After installation, I learned that the target device strictly requires "rooting" for the software to function properly. There was no clear notice disclosing this critical requirement before purchase. When support claimed it was mentioned, I looked closely and found an extremely faint, tiny asterisk—so small that it is barely visible even on a large monitor. This alone demonstrates the company's bad-faith intentions. Do NOT trust them, and do not allow sensitive personal information to be uploaded to this platform. As soon as I realized the situation, I requested a full refund within 1 hour of purchase. However, they replied via email offering only an arbitrary 30% partial refund. I rejected this offer immediately; I cancelled right away, which is my fundamental consumer right. I then posted a review on detailing my experience. Shortly after, they contacted me, acknowledged their support failure, and explicitly offered a 100% full refund if I deleted my review. I accepted their proposal, deleted my review immediately, and notified them by email on the very same day. Despite sending acceptance confirmation emails from multiple email accounts to all of their support and review addresses, they acted as if my messages were never delivered. They repeatedly sent automated "final warning" emails claiming "no response received." I replied to every single message, yet they still refuse to process my refund. This company acts dishonestly—do not lose your money, and do not entrust your private and sensitive data to them. I have been working as a teacher for 23 years, and I will continue to expose these practices across all educational networks and online platforms. Please support this message, and let us not allow bad actors to take advantage of consumers. Respectfully to all.(tomiother)

Je suis allé visiter leur site et j ai tenté de prendre un abonnement qui a été recalé a trois reprises par leur système, donc j ai quitté et ai trouvé une autre application qui font ́pareil ou je me suis abonné, le lendemain je me rends compte énervé qu, xnspy m ont chargé ma carte bancaire durant la nuit alors que j avais quitté le site et ne m étais pas abonné vu que leur système était en ́panne donc je contacte le support et leur demande de me rembourser, réponse refus total il se barricade derrière leur conditions générales et me déboute. Alors que j à reçu l e-mail d activation de xnspy 16 heures après avoir visité leur site.En effet il m ont facturé alors que je n étais plus sur le site, l e-mail en est la preuve 16 heures après la visite du site leur abonno a ete activé manuellement, avec refus de me rembourser et lorsque j ai expliqué que j ai trouvé une heure après leur visite une autre société avec les mêmes fonctions ou je me suis abonné...résultat j ai perdu plus de 60 chf parce qu un administrateur de xnspy s est permis de charger ma carte en rétroactif manuellement et c est une fraude j en avais pas besoin m étant abonné ailleurs voilà la raison pourquoi de ma note, ils m ont volé un point c est tout...
