TLDR you can’t buy replacement nibs for…
TLDR you can’t buy replacement nibs for the magic drawing pad. Their arguable best product with that one crazy drawback. All I can say is I’m glad I ordered my magic pad off Amazon, since it came next day, and not 5 weeks later like my “pen nibs” took. Speaking of the pen nibs… xpen don’t stock pen nibs for the magic drawing pad… but they’ll let you order the wrong ones based on their titles. So I got a 40pack useless nibs. Worst part is they have replacement nibs in the original box, so how are they stocking the boxes???

Best Customer service I have ever come by
If you are having issues with their drivers, they will work with you for weeks on end until it is fixed. I really appreciate them putting in the work to help me. I got my tablet about four years ago and it's great that they're still willing to help me today!

Commande bien reçu malgré quelque tracas
Bonjour, J’ai acheté une tablette XP Pen grand format et j’en suis très satisfait. Au début, j’ai eu peur car je n’avais aucun suivi de commande et les avis négatifs sur le site ne rassurent pas. Le SAV a mis deux jours à me répondre, ce qui n’a pas aidé, mais j’ai finalement été contacté et la personne a vraiment pris le temps de m’aider. J’avais passé la commande sans créer de compte et, en plus, j’avais mal saisi mon adresse — c’était ma faute. J’ai aussi eu l’impression que le site était parfois surchargé, ce qui empêchait la connexion à mon compte. Après avoir fourni mes justificatifs bancaires, le SAV m’a donné mon numéro de commande ainsi que le suivi. Grâce à ça, j’ai pu me débrouiller. Un grand merci à eux. PS : Une vérification d’adresse email lors de la commande serait vraiment utile.

Incredibly poor delivery organisation!
I'm currently awaiting my second XP pen tablet, as my previous one of 5 years has broken. While I enjoyed the use of my tablet, and it lasted very well, the delivery organisation is incredibly poor. When I received my first XP Pen tablet, I received two tablets instead of the one I ordered, and we had to go through the faff of returning it. I ordered my new tablet during the beginning of July, hoping to receive it quickly and properly participate in art fight season, however it's the middle of the month and not only has the tablet itself not arrived, instead of the tablet I have received two short cut boards instead of one. The fact that this is a pattern of poor organisation during delivery of which that haven't sorted out in 5 years, and that the "speedy delivery" I was promised for my tablet seems nowhere in sight is incredibly disappointing.

Fatal API bug on European stores blocks official prize claims
I won a Magic Drawing Pad on the official Portuguese storefront wheel promotion (storexppen.pt), but the claim system is entirely broken across Europe. Clicking the "obter código" button attempts to send data to a non-existent server API endpoint (://xp-pen.com), causing a hard fallback redirect to the homepage. Front-line support is completely ignoring terminal logs, denying the promotion exists, and sending automated rejections. I expect XP-Pen to honor this high-value prize win and manually process my shipment. UPDATE (03/07/2026): After posting this review, support representative Gema He finally reached out via email. However, they are currently trying to deflect blame by claiming their backend logs are fine and asking if I completed the "Real-Person Verification" ignoring the fact that their CORS configuration failure physically blocks that exact button from sending data. I have sent back full console logs and my delivery address. Waiting to see if XP Pen honors their legal prize fulfillment or continues to stall.
