I was needing an outfit for an event in September and had been looking everywhere. I opened my email and saw the red dress. I knew immediately that was the dress I had been looking for, so I ordered. I am just hoping it arrives on time. I saw so many clothing pieces that I would like to get. Beautiful pieces.

Not a Great Experience
1. The item did not fit - it was smaller than the measurements listed for my size. 2. Generally the garment was well made with the exception of the collar - it wasn’t lined properly and you could see the interfacing on one side. 3. I contacted them intending to return the dress. They offered me instead a 30% discount. I decided to try and rework the dress into a 2 piece and the partial refund would help pay towards the alteration costs. Note that they don’t offer free returns and postage was going to be expensive. 4. I was advised the partial refund would take up to 15 days to process (this seemed to be rather a long time). I waited for 18 days and sent an email, then another one at 20 days and then sent them a final request. Eventually had to open up a request with PayPal - sent them the email chain and within an hour PayPal provided me a refund. Given the inconsistency with sizing, the quality issue and the customer service I will not be ordering from them again.

My experience with Xpluswear has been great! Customer services were very quick to respond to my emails. I made a mistake with the sizes, as I forgot US sizes were slightly bigger to UK sizes. This was changed quickly for me by customers services. Delivery was also supper quick. I received a lot of compliments with both outfits purchased. Will definitely order again, I already have a few things in my basket. Thank you Xpluswear!
