Just to let everyone know
Just to let everyone know they do not assist you with their own product with update issues, i have contacted them and they have told me to contact the company that sold me the unit, who is one of their partners listed on their website, so obd2shop uk is a listed partner and they wont offer assistance on issues either, so my recommendation is to steer clear of XTOOL products and buy another brand, as you will get fobbed off with no support when you have an issue. so £196.00 down the drain

Impressed by the F2 portable
I have been so impressed with the content support on their website and the community approach to making new items. We bought the xtool F2 to begin our portable engraving project for sales in our artisan business and it is just the beginning! We will definitely be investing in more of their products. They are well made and after a slight learning curve easy to use. I was a complete beginner and I feel confident in the projects I’ve attempted so far!

I bought a Xtool A30D obd scanner
I bought a Xtool A30D obd scanner. Won't work with my 2018 Volvo. Contacted them via email. A lady called Summer says they won't provide support because I did not buy directly from them. This violates EU and UK law.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company gives a two year guarantee on its product. However after only five months my scanner stopped working and once I contacted them it became apparent that they do not honour any guarantees. Having paid decent money I am now left with a scanner that is worthless. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY SCANNERS FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY!!

Waste of time equipment for 30 years…
Waste of time equipment for 30 years old cars. Doesn’t connect at all with car pc. Send it back special delivery no refund. Chinese bullshit email replies . Seen pictures of piles of boxes of customer returns. Got my money back from paypal thanks god for that. Don’t waste your money and time. None of the equipment works no refunds.
