All positive reviews here are of course as always fake. Just go feed the hobos or flush your money in the toilet. It'll save you some time, nerves and u'll do better.

AFTER MONTHS OF PLAYING IT WAS GOOD. BUT WHEN IT STARTS GETTING WRONG WHEN I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DEPOSIT BONUS THEY OFFER TO ME A 10% DAILY DEPOSIT BONUS, BUT WHEN I CHECKED THEY ONLY GIVE ME 3% DAILY DEPOSIT BONUS I COMPLAIN TO THEIR CS THE NAMES ARE XYES_STAR and XYES_SUN THEY DID NOT ANNOUNCED THAT THEY ARE HAVING A DEPOSIT BONUS CHANGES NOTHING THEY JUST CHANG ED IT W/O ANY POST WHEN I SAY I DON'T WANT TO PLAY ANYMORE IN THEIR SITE THEY REVERTED MY VIP LVL TO BRONZE III.

Won $21,000, withdrawal withheld, account locked, no response
After months of playing (and losing) on XYes Casino, I finally hit a large win on video poker. When I requested a 21,000 USDC withdrawal, they required additional KYC and video verification, which I completed. After that, they locked my account without explanation, withheld the withdrawal, deleted previous support conversations, and stopped responding completely. XYes had no issue accepting deposits, but when it came to paying out a large win, they locked the account and went silent. I would strongly advise others to avoid this casino. Update: XYes replied here telling me to contact their team, but that is exactly what I had already done multiple times through email, live chat, and Telegram before posting this review. I still haven’t received any response. The issue was never the request for extra KYC verification itself. The issue is that after I completed it, my account was locked without explanation, the 21,000 USDC withdrawal was withheld, previous support conversations were deleted, and they stopped responding. I also escalated the case through LCB, but XYes did not respond to them either after multiple follow-ups.
