Wish zero stars were an option
Wish zero stars were an option. I purchased this canopy in May but didn’t have a chance to use it until a couple of weeks ago. During moderate winds—nothing I would consider extreme—the frame bent and collapsed into a car I was detailing. When I contacted the company to report what happened, their response was that I should have used all four sandbags instead of two. Their solution was to offer me a $32 refund. I spend a lot of time outdoors and have owned my fair share of canopies over the years, and this is easily one of the cheapest and least durable I’ve owned. I understand taking precautions in windy conditions, but I expected a canopy at this price point to hold up much better under normal outdoor use. Based on the product quality and the way the company handled my concern, I would not recommend it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Order / Ref: W36219189-1L-E / 89219229-A Item: Yaheetech 3m 8 Ribs Garden Parasol Patio Umbrella. Absolutely appalling experience buying through The Range Marketplace. I ordered 5 patio umbrellas, but only 1 item arrived, and even that single item was damaged and poor quality. The seller (Monumart / Yaheetech) admitted in writing that the second package containing the other 4 umbrellas was returned straight back to their warehouse. Despite confirming they received the returned items, I am still waiting for my refund. To make matters worse, they tried to pass the buck onto Evri to locate delivered items rather than taking responsibility for their own shipment. Meanwhile, The Range accepts no responsibility for marketplace sellers operating on their platform and ignores email support requests. They take your money instantly, but offer zero protection when third-party sellers fail to deliver. Do not buy from this seller or rely on The Range Marketplace. You will be left out of pocket, fighting for a refund for items you never received.
