I've been ordering on Yandy for 10 years now (!) and it has been constantly great. Great prices and their customer service is excellent.

Is this theft?
Firstly, I will say that the customer service agent I dealt with was friendly. Her name is Holly so top marks on that. Second, I sent back a return and didn’t hear anything for over two weeks. I sent quite a few correspondence emails which were ignored. Unfortunately, per Yandy, my return was “dirty”. They tossed the item without my consent while referencing the return policy which does not have this listed. I never would have sent the return back if I knew my money and item would be stolen. I won’t be shopping here again, as dishonesty is a huge red flag.

NEVER again!
Good luck with their "return" policy. Yandy's customer service is the worst I can recall dealing with from any any retailer. I deeply regret ordering from this company. I will NEVER buy from Yandy again!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a terrible experience with Yandy.com. They sent my package to the wrong address/location, and as a result I never received my order. After contacting customer service, they refused to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution. I paid for my order and expected it to be delivered correctly, but instead I lost both my package and my money. The customer support team was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Customers should not have to pay for mistakes made during shipping. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Yandy.com to anyone. Be careful when ordering from this company. For credibility and to avoid problems, it's best to describe exactly what happened and avoid accusing the company of theft unless you can prove it. Saying that you paid, the package was delivered to the wrong location, and the company refused to help is a strong review on its own.

DOGANAL'S FEES for ITALY More than 100€
I order from ITALY things for 270€ after some week recived from Dogana a request of 120,00 of extra fees, I denied (no sence and too expencive for the order). I didn't recive any refund by the web site....lost money not recived order...that I suppose was come back. SUGGEST TO WRITE IT FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
