We visited the flagship store in…
We visited the flagship store in Deerfield, Ma where we purchased 2 candles. We have bought their candles for years especially when it was privately owned. Since selling to the current company the candles have progressively gotten worse in their quality. The cinnamon stick and vanilla cupcake candles I just purchased have no scent or very little when burning. It’s so sad how much Yankee Candle has changed. Do not waste your money.

The process of reaching someone
The process of reaching someone authorized to cancel my orders took so much time. I explained the same problem to approximately five different people, and none of them were able to help me. Even though I repeatedly explained that my flight had been canceled, that I would not be able to receive the package, and that the shipping company had never contacted me or responded to me in any way, they kept insisting that I needed to contact the shipping company myself. I also clearly stated that I do not live in the United States, yet none of the representatives were willing or able to assist me. This was the last time I will shop from your company. It seems that you are only interested in helping customers until the sale is completed. After that, there is no meaningful customer support at all.

I've been a customer of Yankee Candle…
I've been a customer of Yankee Candle for 30 years. I did instantly notice the shift in the intensity of the scent when they did their Rebrand. But I think what disturbs me even more is how my favorite scents for instance Vineyard and blueberry, Willow Breeze was a favorite from a while ago. They all get discontinued and what's even more annoying is every time I open up a PROMOTION email or text it's a brand new scent. Seriously what are you all do over there sit around and come up with new names for new scents. Lucky sweater Green grass whatever it's annoying. KISS. Keep it simple stupid. Ya'll forcing me to go to Bed Bath & Beyond.

I paid $20 for 2nd day delivery on Monday. It's Saturday and still not delivered. They'll never get my money again.

Every time Yankee Candle changes…
Every time Yankee Candle changes ownership their candles deteriorate more and more. Now are to the point where they seriously are not worth the money. One day they have a product and the next thing you know is it has been discontinued. The scents that remain are weak and really not worth the money. Even Walmart shoppers aren't particularly interested in them. No longer a premium brand but now an inferior brand. Time to hit the internet and find a truly quality product.
