Fraudulent and scammers!!
This is long overdue. This is regarding a refund received by Yapstone from the rental company/owner, and never forwarded to me. The amount in question is $450. I went around and around and even involved my bank. No luck, at all. I couldn’t believe it. Still can’t. My reservation thru VRBO was: Res ID: HA-RR4TPX Host Name: Hawaii Ocean Window, LLC Original travel dates: July 11-18, 2020 COVID Rescheduled dates: July 11-17, 2021 I received $200 which was the damage deposit, but not the actual $450 which represents the one night cancelled. With so many complaints against Yapstone, I hope to see a class action lawsuit one day.

Yapstone is a complete scam
Yapstone is a complete scam. We were essentially forced to utilize their company because the B&B website developer we had did business with them. When we closed our business and stopped our website we also notified Yapstone and closed our account. That was in 2018/2019. Last month and this month they started billing me for an account that was closed over 6 years ago. They have refused to remove the charges. I've file a complaint with my bank and also the State of Alaska dept of banking. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I had captured a guests deposit due to…
I had captured a guests deposit due to damages costing me over £600. Somehow the guest (from abroad) managed to claim the transaction as fraudulent and Yapstone gave it right back to them out of my account directly! Horrendous service. No protection.

Absolutely shocking and stressful service
Good morning this company has taken 2 payments from me instead of one and trying to get it reimbursed is just terrible they keep saying it will be dealt with this is over two weeks ago still no closer to my refund
