[Sakura Iaito Generation 2 | Iaito Practice sword | Handmade Samurai Sword] The overall artisanship of their Katanas for Iaidō are immaculate; the solid Tsuba has Sakuras shapes cut into it; additionally, other Sakuras that are overlayed onto the Fuchi, which is very elegant much like the Menuki Sakura within the Tsuka on top of the Samegawa, which is under the Tsukaito. Moreover, the cotton Tsukaito feels extremely comfortable in the hands; and the balance of the Katana is also perfect as it does not feel weighted or biased to one side or another. I.e., it feels like an extension of one. Also, the Kashira is just as beautiful as all the other Cherry Blossoms that decorate this wonderful Katana. The Saya is also extremely well-made and has an ostensible shine to it, i.e., polished, which is pleasing to the eye. The Toshin/Nagasa is stunning; e.g., the Notare Hamon is engaging as one eyes follow the flowing lines like Mizu (Water) dancing on the Toshin: stunning craftsmanship. The steel blade is truly nicer juxtaposed to an alloy one as it is heavier, and thus, more closer to an actual LIVE Katana. Regarding customer service, it is excellent as one YariNoHanzo's representatives ("M") not only wrote back to me due to a query I had about their Iaidōgi (for beginners) in my order, but she also alerted me of when my order was being shipped and provided a tracking number too. Transparency and honesty are lacking within most companies, but not this one. Suffice it to say, I will be ordering another superior Katana, a custom one, a little later into my Keiko/Iaidō. Hi I placed my order with this company…
Hi I placed my order with this company after I was told by a good friend he had brought both of his swords from them. I’m in the uk and yes it did take 6 weeks to arrive but I am so pleased to bits with it and true to say I have finally found a sword supplier that’s actually capable of supplying a decent cutting sword.

Wunderschönes Katana!
Ja, es hat lang gedauert aber es hat sich mehr als gelohnt! Das Schwert ist wunderschön, die Klinge hat die gewollten Maße und bei einem Auswahlfehler meinerseits wurde ich vom Kundenservice angeschrieben und gefragt ob meine Auswahl richtig sei. Da ich sehr nervös war ob das Schwert doch nicht kommt, hat sich der Kundenservice durchgehend freundlich um meine vielen Anfragen gekümmert. Immer wieder gern!
