Excellent experience and professionalism
We had a really good experience with this car rental company. The team was very professional, always available by phone, and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. Renting a car in Faro can sometimes be stressful, as there are unfortunately companies that try to charge customers for things they shouldn’t. With this company, we had the complete opposite experience. Everything was transparent and straightforward, both when we collected the car and, especially, when we returned it. There were no attempts to find extra charges or “scam” us, which made the whole experience feel very trustworthy. The car itself was great and perfectly suited to our trip. The only negative point was the gentleman, in his 50' probably, who gave us the keys when we arrived. He was particularly grumpy and not very welcoming. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, and perhaps he was simply having a bad one, but when you work in customer service, being welcoming and polite is an important part of the job. People are paying for a service, and they deserve to feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. That said, the rest of the team were genuinely lovely, professional and helpful, so overall this was a very positive experience. I would absolutely rent from this company again and would recommend them to others looking for a reliable car rental in Faro. Thank you to the team for making the experience so easy and stress-free!

Une très bonne expérience à Faro. J'ai bien reçu la voiture réservée. Le conseiller Pawel a bien expliqué la prise en charge voiture. La restitution de la voiture c'est bien déroulé avec Pawel aussi. Pas de forçage pour les assurances complémentaires et remboursement rapide de caution !! Une très bonne agence à l'aéroport de Faro.

Great experience from start to finish
The experience from start to finish was excellent. Collection and return was easy with friendly staff. We had an issue with our car the day after we collected it and they sent a taxi and we collected another car with minimal disruption, we really appreciated the good customer service. Would definitely use again when back in the Algarve.
