Good when you are giving them business. Fast prompt responsive.. when locks got issues they tell you they dont know they go check and never got back.. even when you have a faulty lock cannot lock, they do not get back to you and I have to call multiple different numbers i find online to get a response.. 24/7 services is a scam.. imagine having a door that cant lock and the vendor is mia.. 5 years warranty is a scam.. read e fineprints.. charging 200+ after first year for onsite repairs, essentially asking you to get a new lock.. Bought 2 locks, one got issues after 2 years plus another got issues in 6 months.. think thrice before getting..

I installed a digital lock with Yew Lock in 2024, 5/6/26 encountered an unexpected situation while I was away on holiday. My helper left the house without realizing that the lock’s battery had run out, leaving her locked outside the gate. Being overseas, I was understandably worried and unsure of what to do. I reached out to Yew Lock’s customer service, and Ms. Jazelle promptly assisted me. She was patient, professional, and kind throughout the process, guiding me step by step and providing all the necessary information to resolve the issue. Her exceptional service and willingness to help during a stressful situation were truly appreciated. Thank you, Ms. Jazelle, for your outstanding support and dedication. It made all the difference. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highly not recommend . Make 2 appointment with them do not turn up . First appointment I waited 3 hours no show 2 nd appointment took half day leave to wait for them again no show call their hp no one pick up . WhatsApp them also no replied . No responsible seller I rather paid a bit higher look for a better service company

affordable digital locks!
yew digital lock sells very affordable digital locks. their service is awesome!! very happy with the free installation, made my life so much easier. even their after sales support is very good, they answered all my questions promptly and are super helpful.
