I have just ordered a piece of jewellery for our 15th wedding anniversary. I saw an AI generated ad and after placing I had doubts, I even came on here, to read mixed reviews. I never got a confirmation notice straight away and thought what have I done ..I HAD NO NEED TO WORRY 1st they contacted me almost straight away to put the confirmation in place, once I gave order No (allow a day for their working times are different) They stayed in contact throughout and when it arrived fairly quickly it was everything I hoped it would be. And a lovely "thank you" pop up card to boot. I am more than happy to use them again and by writing this I am confirming to others dont worry like I did.

My mother passed away and her wishes were to be cremated. I knew I want a necklace to put her ashes. I Google searched and searched and found my perfect cross from YFN. Their communication was impeccable always replied back in a timely manner and a "we are out of office" if you emailed when they weren't in. I love love love my cremation jewelry.

Men's ring - Silver plated with white gold and a small blue sapphire.
I received what I ordered. Delivery time was about 2 weeks. The communication with the seller was easy and useful. A bit disappointing is the fact that the blue stone is very small, and the weight of the ring was not mentioned on the website. However, I just purchased a second men's ring (silver plated with white gold and a white stone), and I hope that I will receive it within two weeks, and it will be as described on the website.

Experience was great, items were creative. They kept me informed every step of the process. The delivery went very smoothly and was also communicated very well. The jewelry looks amazing and I feel very good value for the product I bought. I would definitely recommend YFN to anyone looking for where beauty meets value.
